Return and Exchange Policy

At NEAM apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Timeframe

You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us to request an exchange.

2. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • in its original condition;
  • with its original tags attached.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs to return an item are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides package tracking.

4. Size or Color Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability at the time the return is processed.

If the requested size or color is no longer available, NEAM apparel will contact the customer to determine an appropriate solution.

5. Defective Items

If your item has a defect, contact us at:

Please include your order number and, when possible, photographs of the product.

When a defect is confirmed, NEAM apparel will take appropriate action, including replacing the item when possible.

6. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased at a discounted price, during a promotion, or as part of a special sale are considered final sale.

No exchange or refund will be accepted for these items, except for defective items or an error by NEAM apparel, subject to the rights and remedies provided by applicable law.

7. Refunds

NEAM apparel does not offer refunds as part of its regular commercial policy.

Exchanges are preferred for eligible requests.

However, this policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • the product concerned;
  • the reason for the exchange;
  • the requested size or color.

We will then provide you with the procedure to follow.

9. Statutory Rights

This policy is not intended to exclude any warranties or other rights that may be granted to consumers under applicable law.
