At NEAM apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Timeframe
You have 14 days following receipt of your order to contact us to request an exchange.
2. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- undamaged;
- in its original condition;
- accompanied by its original tags.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides package tracking.
4. Size or Color Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability at the time the return is processed.
If the requested size or color is no longer available, NEAM apparel will contact the customer to determine an appropriate solution.
5. Defective Items

Please include your order number and photographs of the product whenever possible.
Once a defect has been confirmed, NEAM apparel will take appropriate action, including replacing the item whenever possible.
6. Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased at a reduced price, on promotion, or as part of a special sale are considered final sale.
No exchange or refund will be accepted for these items, except in cases involving a defective item or an error on the part of NEAM apparel, subject to the rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
7. Refunds
NEAM apparel does not offer refunds as part of its regular commercial policy.
Exchanges are preferred for eligible requests.
However, this policy does not limit any rights or remedies provided to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law.
